Worm Control

Regular dog and cat worming is recommended for a number of reasons. Sheep can be seriously affected by ingesting dog worm eggs. More importantly from a public health point of view dogs and cats can pass worms onto humans. This can result in blindness.

For adult dogs and cats we recommend using ‘Milbemax’ tablets every three months. Kittens and puppies can be treated monthly.

Pregnant bitches should be wormed from day forty of the pregnancy to two days post whelping.
